Averio Health Institute is looking to hire an exceptional, career-minded, positive, inspired, honest and motivated Doctor of Chiropractic to join our healthcare team, in Mt. Vernon, WA.
Have you ever wanted to see what could happen to that complicated case if they would only commit to MORE chiropractic care? Welcome to Averio Health Institute. We offer a new emerging model of concentrated chiropractic care. Our patients are onsite in small groups for a treatment protocol of 5 days centered around repair and regeneration in their spinal system. Our care is results-driven with pre and post testing done each weeklong program, as well as, multiple daily educational classes for patients so that they get an opportunity to learn how their body can respond.
Responsibilities:
- This role is a 60/40 split between patient case management and patient care.
- Proficiency in patient-centered communications; including initial consultation, updated consultations, report of findings over various medias; phone, in-person, zoom.
- Proficient and comfortable in patient education.
- Proficient in taking, analyzing and reading multiple imaging types and lab work.*
- Trainable and teachable to the Averio model of patient care.
- Trainable in the Averio FNT (Functional Neurology Technique) of adjusting.**
- Gentle and professional appearance, manner and communication at all times.
- Ability to perform patient testing with a high output of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work ethically with diverse patient demographics; including, diverse ages from pediatrics to geriatrics, as well as patients with mental/emotional impairments.
- Computer proficiency for electronic note taking and report generation.
Note: this position will likely include occasional research projects and journal submissions.

Qualifications:
- Licensed DC with the ability to work in Washington State.
- Must have current malpractice insurance.

Office Admin
Looking to add an amazing, honest, trustworthy, positive, hard-working, patient focused, career minded office manager to join Averio’s team.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
- Assist patients with their customized healthcare plans, including stocking and ordering.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, copying, scanning, etc.
- High level, attention to detail in regard to note-taking, documenting, and fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks.
- Time Management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer software (helpful, but not required, training provided).
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling.

Hours of work:
- 9:30am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
- Pay: well above min. wage, discussed during initial interview.
